Our Policies
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt. If you are not
home our courier will leave you a card. It is recommended that you provide
a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.
Delivery
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $8.00 (including GST) per order.
International - Delivery to countries outside Australia is charged
at cost. Price depends on weight of goods.
Shortages or Defects
Please help us to help you by reporting shortages or problems with your
order within 3 days of delivery. This will enable us to assist you in
rectifying the problem without undue delay. Any faulty or damaged stock
will be replaced at no charge.
Our Returns Policy
Products ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed
within 3 days of delivery and in mint condition on return. Return delivery
will be paid for by customer and a 10% administration charge will apply.
The original delivery will also be deducted from your refund. Prior
authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods.
Simply email our site to obtain a RA (return authorization) number,
provide full details of your original order:
Order ID
Order date
Your name
Your email address
You must include the original shipping documents that you received with
your original order. This will help us find your order to process the
refund/return.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment
originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving
your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct
the shipping costs from your refund.
Packing
and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:
Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box.
Please ensure you use sufficient padding to avoid damage in transit.
All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined
by you due to damage in transit. You can use the box the items arrived
in or another box, if you prefer.
If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of
that returned item and a 10% administration charge will be deducted
from your refund. The delivery to us of the returned item is at the
customers expense.
